Manitoba’s largest school for applied learning and science is Red River College. Established in 1938, it currently provides programs for 200+ diplomas, certificates, and bachelors. These can be taken at any of its Notre Dame, Exchange District, Stevenson, Roblin Center, Interlake, Portage, Steinbach, Winkler, Peguis-Fisher River campuses. With a tuition fee of about $4,200 a year, Red River College is the cheapest university in Manitoba for foreign undergraduate students.
An equivalent of Grade 12 Canadian education certification and proof of English proficiency are included in the minimum admission requirements for international students. Some services, including a resume, portfolio, and evidence of immunization & testing, can ask for additional specifications.
2. Université de Saint-Boniface

The admission requirements of the College as an affiliate of U of W match those of the university. This include a transcript from high school and prerequisites that may be needed by the program.
5. Booth University College

8. Providence University College and Theological Seminary
