You and your classmates will get to engage in lectures and discussions there, and maybe do survey work at a nearby location as well.

As you learn about sustainability with CIEE’s Tropical Ecology or Sustainability + Environment programs, hone your Spanish skills. You’ll spend a semester in Costa Rica living and traveling, studying inside and outside the classroom. You’ll get to engage in environmental ventures in addition to going on excursions and visiting rural communities.

Via GEO Study Abroad, the Global Health, Growth and Service-Learning in Accra program provides both academic and voluntary opportunities. You will have a project in service-learning that integrates with your coursework.
