Universities Offering Executive MBA Without Undergraduate Degree – emba without bachelors

Some EMBA programs like I said earlier may likely require work experience, GMAT or even professional certifications in place of a degree; this totally depends on your school of choice. Do a proper research to know what your school wants before applying; I would have covered that in details but it is beyond the scope of this article.

I read that University of Chicago in USA can accept prospective students to study EMBA even when they don’t have a degree, but they must be currently working and have good professional record, of course you know it has to be in a relevant capacity. The school requires GMAT too.

Some schools prefer students that have about 5 to 10 years working experience as a manager, though others can still minimise it to 2 to 3 years. It solely depends on the university in question. This kind of admission process is very flexible because what they use to consider you for admission might be different from that of another applicant.

Be sure your MBA program is fully accredited to avoid unpleasant experiences after graduation. One of the best known accreditation bodies in USA is AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business).

AACSB use to grant permission to schools to admit students to do Executive MBA without undergraduate degree if they meet certain conditions like the ones I mentioned above.

When your MBA program is accredited, you can be bold enough to apply to any blue-chip company without facing an embarrassment during interview.

The greatest satisfaction is that you can study the EMBA program at your own pace. It is mainly part-time even if it is offered completely online or blended. A blended MBA program is one that is offered both partly online and partly on-campus. Doing the program part-time enables you to work while studying, very convenient right?

If for any reason you don’t want to go to school again, you can make do with professional certifications, it can help boost your wealth of knowledge and restore confidence because it is also a form of higher learning.

Just be sure to garner certifications that are in line with your job. You cannot go for a laboratory science certification when you are heading a distribution unit. It does not rhyme, do what will help you and your career.

Because I have said that you should not bother if you cannot afford to study does not mean you shouldn’t still consider it in the nearest future,; what if things change and you are required to have a degree, how would you preserve your job? Remember, change is the only constant factor.

You can look up my article on how you can study online courses effectively.
